Infodata Help

This section provides access to product and technical information.

The centre panel of the screen shows the primary information about the subject.  

Amongst this information, you will find numerous underlined references, which can be clicked to display further information.  In some cases the additional data is shown in this right hand panel.  This includes technical explanations of topics covered, definitions of terms, ideas for using products and 3complete's own view about the subjects.  There are also references to the current 3Com Buyer's Guide, indicated by silver tags.

Also in the centre panel, you will find Purchase Catalogue buttons (  ) next to section or product descriptions.  Clicking this button will take you to the section or product in the catalogue, where you can review individual product and price information and make a purchase.

To change subjects, either go back to the network diagram by clicking on the DrawingBoard button, or use the Quick Links button.

At any time, you can click on the left panel Catalogue buttons to go into the on-line purchasing catalogue.  Here you can review specific products and if you want to, create and place an order.
