Order Processing Problems

The 3complete website uses two systems called 'Cookies' and 'Java' to process your order.

If either of these systems is disabled on your computer, or blocked by firewall software or your Internet Browser Security settings, you may experience errors like the one below:

A General Script Error has Occurred
Error deleting
../acatalog/84988B1213S4A1Q9Z104193W1751Z50A26.cart (No such file or directory)

To resolve this, you will need to do one or all of the following:

Occasionally the secure SSL web service may be unavailable even though the rest of the site is working.  In this case you will get a timeout after electing to pay by credit card.  One option if this problem persists is to opt to 'send credit card details separately'.  You can then call to provide the credit card details to go with your order.
