Display / Browser problem page        (Go Back to the DrawingBoard)

You have come here because you are having problems with running the 3complete system.

The minimum requirement for 3complete is to use a browser that supports frames, java and a number of other components, and these are generally available in Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or in Netscape Communicator version 4 or above.  3complete really needs at least an 800 x 600 pixel screen size, and is particularly suited to 1024x768.  If frames are not supported, you will have to upgrade your browser. If Java is not enabled you will not be able to make purchases on line.  Currently, 3complete works much better with Internet Explorer than with Netscape, but a Netscape friendly version is planned.

I have checked the status of your browser and screen, and it is reported as follows:

The background of this screen shows two rectangles that start in the top left corner.  If the pink-bordered one is all visible, then the display should be suitable for 3complete.  If not, you will need to adjust the screen settings to get the best from 3complete.  Choose the most appropriate option below, or click here to go back to the DrawingBoard.
