We are sorry if you are experiencing problems with the Look-UPS system. As the system is new, you may be experiencing a problem that we are not aware of, and if so we would welcome feedback so we can sort it out. The following suggestions may resolve the problem, but if not, I'm sure we can still help. Just call us on the number above or contact us by email at apc.sales@3complete.com and talk to one of our specialists. Or click on the phone number at the top of this screen and we will call you. Alternatively, click here to call us using Skype if you have it. Things to check: - If you have a pop-up blocker, or your browser blocks pop-ups, pop-ups must be enabled for this site (www.3complete.com) to allow the system to open new pages. Without this much of the system's functionality will be lost. We do not carry advertising, and unsolicited windows are not opened. - If the display is corrupted, it may be because you are using a large text size. It is recommended that you set the text size in your browser to Medium or Standard. Known issues: - Some browsers do not display complete text messages when hovering over links. This means that in some cases the explanations that appear when you hover over the green words will not be complete. - Older browsers (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer V5) may not display the screens very well, and some functionality may be missing. - Screen sizes of less that 800 x 600 will limit the display and extensive use of the scroll bars may be needed to view all the information. |
